What is zespira plus?

Zespira Plus is a medication containing two active ingredients, Montelukast and Levocetirizine, and is primarily used to treat allergic conditions such as hay fever, dust allergies, and nasal allergies. Montelukast works as a leukotriene receptor antagonist and helps to prevent the narrowing of air passages that cause breathing difficulties, while Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that works by blocking the actions of histamine in the body, which helps to reduce allergic reactions such as itching and sneezing. Zespira Plus is available in tablet form and should only be taken as prescribed by a doctor. It may cause side effects such as headache, drowsiness, dizziness, and stomach upset. It is not recommended for use in children under the age of six.
